What you have already seen on our website and other communications over the last three years will now be official as of 01 October 2022: UTS Products GmbH will become Anaergia Technologies GmbH.
With this change of name we want to underline our affiliation to our parent company, Anaergia Inc. based in Canada. We are very proud that the success story of Anaergia began with the acquisition of UTS in 2007 by our current CEO, Dr. Andrew Benedek. 400 employees in eight project offices with more than 230 reference projects in over 17 countries are the key data of this story and make Anaergia one of the world's leading companies in the field of anaerobic digestion and "waste-to-value technologies".
We look forward to continuing to contribute to this success story with our products, concepts and services in Germany.
An important information for you: Except for the name, there will be no personnel or structural changes in our company or our business relationships.
However, we would like to point out to our suppliers that all invoices and other correspondence must contain the new company name in the address from 01 October 2022.
The invoice address, Oestinghausener Str. 12 in 59510 Lippetal, will remain unchanged. Likewise, the delivery address or the address of our production: Hauptstrasse 1 / OT Gruentegernbach, 84405 Dorfen.
Your contact persons and their telephone numbers will of course also remain unchanged.
